Booking and payment
A 30% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation
Full refund up to 7 days before arrival. After that date, payments are non-refundable.
Check-in and check-out
Times are flexible and agreed directly with guests.
House rules
Maximum 4 guests. No pets, indoor smoking, parties or events.
