Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total amount. The balance (70%) is due 7 days before arrival. Payment methods will be provided upon confirmation.

Cancellation

Free cancellation with full refund up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this deadline, in case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are flexible and arranged directly with you. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

House rules

• Maximum capacity: 4 guests.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please respect the peace of the neighbourhood, especially in the evening and at night.
